Question: I have been using my strider plus now for a few months, but have found that when using the extension adaptors with the top seat facing me, it doesn't seem to want to recline up and down, it seems caught or stuck. Is this normal, should it be able to move as freely as it does when forward facing? Should I get it checked out and replaced and if yes, which parts would be causing the problem to need to be replaced. Very happy with the pram otherwise, the kids love it, thanks for a wonderful product. Answer:
Your Strider PLUS stroller is fine. The molding has been designed to only enable the recline position when you have the adaptors installed. We were concerned that there was not enough room for the second child and intentionally limited the recline when the adaptors are used.
