On the brochure, it displays the sun shade and boot cover. What is the boot cover and does the sun shade also cover the child in the second seat? Does the bassinet have a handle for carring?

The Strider Plus stroller package includes both boot cover and sunshade. The boot cover provides protection from wind and shade over the legs of your bub. The sun shade will provide cover over the main seat and can also be used on the second seat. You can purchase an additional sunshade if you foresee using on both main and second seat at the same time.
